1.                What sizes of units do you have?
      
We have 5x10's, 5x12's, 10x10's, 10x15's, 10x20’s, 10x25's and 12x30’s standard units. Also, we have 4x8's, 6x8's, 8x8's, and 10x10's that are climate controlled.
 
2.              What is the cost of a unit?

Note: The 4x8's and 8x8's have an average ceiling height of 11', so a lot of stackable items will fit.
 
The 6x8's and 10x10's have an average ceiling height of 8.25', the best if needing more floor space.
 
The 12x30’s have a 12 ½ foot ceiling, but a 12 ft. high door.
Most people who need a climate controlled unit, also need an outside unit. 
 
3.              Do you have a security deposit?
      
Yes, we do. The $20.00 security deposit is refundable. The deposit includes a heavy-duty weatherproof Masterlock with one key. The security deposits on the 12x30’s with double doors are $25.00 with 2 locks being provided.
 
4.              What size unit do I need?
 
The 5x10's and 5x12's are the size of a walk in closet. They will hold a washer & dryer, and boxes, or they can hold the contents of one bedroom (headboard, foot board, mattresses, dresser, night stand, chest and boxes). All 5x10's are on the ends of the outside buildings.
 
The 10x10's are our most popular unit. They will hold the contents of a small one bedroom apartment with no appliances. 10x10’s are on aisles three, four, five and seven.
      
The 10x15's will hold a one to two bedroom apartment with appliances. They are on aisle six.
      
The 10x20's and 10x25's will hold a two to three bedroom apartment with appliances. They are on the aisle directly behind the office, and in aisle eight.
 
The 12x30’s will hold items as large as a boat or car. They have pull in/pull out access, and also electricity on a 1 hour timer.
 
 
5.              What access do I have?
 
       You have 24 hour access to your storage unit.
 
6.              What are your office hours?
 
       The office is open 7am to 6pm Monday thru Friday & Saturday 8am to 5pm closed on Sundays.
 
7.              Where are you located?
      
We're just off of 231 North. Turn between Harvey's Gym and the Fit Club across from Lowe's. Follow the street all the way to the stop sign. You are right in front of our place. The office is just to your left. Also, Green Lane is the southern extension of Midland Road.
 
8.              What type of security features do you have?
      
We have:
a)              37 digital cameras with 4 terabytes (2,000 gigabytes) of digital storage.
b)             Computer controlled gates. Each customer has their own individual code. The computer tracks each person as they enter and when they exit.
c)              The manager lives on-site (upstairs).
d)             Commercial fencing and lighting.
 
 
9.              What kinds of things do people store in the climate controlled units?
      
Most people store antiques, wood furniture, leather furniture, artwork & pictures, and items that harmed by extreme heat, cold, or humidity.
 
10.        Do your standard units roofs leak?
      
No, we are a new facility. Even in the standard units there is "double bubble" insulation in the roof to prohibit condensation from forming which is common in metal roofs.
 
11.          How does the U-Haul truck?
