All of our climate controlled units are located inside the front building where the office is located.  Customers have access to their unit in our facility all day every day.  The building is air conditioned in the summer and heated in the winter.  Hallways allow the customer access their belongings out of the rain, cold, or heat.  Customer's belongings are protected from the extreme heat, cold, & humidity changes.

Our Climate Controlled Units are perfect for office documents.  We have four diferent sizes:   4' x 8':   A small closet size, but has an 11-1/2' avg ceiling height.  Will hold 75 file boxes on shelves with access room.  The picture to the left is of a 4' x 8' unit with shelves.     6' x 8':  A little more bigger than the small size with a 8.25 avg ceiling height.  Will hold approx. 85 or more boxes; or a bedroom set or small living room.  The picture below on the right is of our office supply room in a 6' x 8'.  As you can see, it holds a lot!

8' x 8':  This unit will hold more than 175 file boxes.  Will also hold a small one bedroom sized apartment.   10' x 10':  Our largest climate controlled unit - also our most popular.  If you need more room, consider getting two climate controlled units plus a standard unit for those items that don't need the climate controlled such as appliances or patio furniture.
